14 Day cash back on services from the original date of invoice*

30 Day service warranty for the services deemed to have a non satisfactory*
WIC offers a 14 Day cash back for the service from the original date of invoice. WIC Enterprise offers a 30 Day service warranty against non satisfactory / unresolved issues. (Some restrictions may apply – please see below exceptions list for full details). If you are not satisfied with your service or resolution deemed to be non satisfactory and would like to request a refund, please note the following.
Original invoice must be provided.
All returns for refunds will be processed with the original method of payment unless the service was made via online banking, in which case a cheque will be mailed out to the customer. For services made with a credit card, the same card used to make the payment will be credited with the refund.
For services purchased, the refund / cash back period begins on the invoice date of the service.
Your name, address, phone number, signature and valid government issued ID may be requested to confirm information provided.
